Web based problem (freq-sev method ultimate claims)
I was struggling to get the exact answer for the web based problem. I finally figured out that to get the matching answer, a <b>Straight</b> average of the frequency was required. I was computing a weighted average of the frequency. The problem does say to "use a weighted average for all trends". An improvement would be if it said "and use a straight average for your frequency trend".
