What is the difference between 20.12 and 20.14?
20.12 is liability under GMM, and 20.14 is liability measured under PAA?

    Based on the column headings, it looks like 20.12 is for contracts not measured under PAA (which I assume means GMA) and 20.14 carries forward the information from 20.12 and combines it with contracts measured under PAA.

    There is no other information provided in the syllabus regarding these exhibits.

    the headings of 20.14 are:
    "LRC", "LIC not under PAA", "LIC under PAA"
    I thought LIC was the same under PAA/GMA and the LRC is what is different?
    Or do these just mean the LIC for contracts where PAA was used for LRC?

    Yup your latter point should be correct. The only difference between PAA and GMA is the existence of a LC/CSM. There would be no CSM/LC for LIC which necessarily means that PAAA = GMA for LIC
