For the 5 key elements of ORSA I remember it as "MIRrOR" - ORSA is similar to "orbs" which reflect light the same way mirrors do
M - monitoring and reporting
I - internal controls and objective review
Rr - relate risk to capital
O - oversight
R - risk identification and assessment
