In terms of 'B' using in the unregistered reinsurance formula, will it also be different for GMM and PAA used by the insurer as 'A'?
case #1 PAA used: B=11,300
case #2 GMM used: B=5,900
case #3 PAA and GMM used: B=11,300+5,900
I am not sure I quite understand your question here. If the insurer uses only PAA, then you can take column (62) as A as is. If the insurer uses both PAA and GMM you need to make the modifications as per the wiki

@Staff-T1 I think the question is ask whether using GMM and/or PAA would change how we use B (72)+(74). If the only PAA is used, should B be just (72)?

If you only use one of PAA and GMM then the column corresponding to the method that is not used will just have an AIC of 0
