Similar comment as your other posts, but not 100% sure on what the question is or the context and where its from just based on your screenshot provided but the above comment is referring to the P&C Memorandum to the AA article, and from that article it's relating to the risk adjustments (the methodology, its impact, its differences, etc) applying to to the valuation of non direct insurance contracts (i.e Reinsurance).
