As for your question - Yes, I would say the wiki does cover it briefly. I can't say exactly what CAS means above or what the question was for the exam that lead to CAS saying that statement but basically it's after you do the decision tree, you need to mention what the impact is from the example, you shouldn't just stop after doing the decision tree. With the case studies, it's quite obvious and often common sense what the disclosure is - don't think of it to be something too complicated
