Unfairness regarding to the different CBT availability in different cities

Changing the exam as CBT through Pearson VUE, as result of checking the availability of several main cities, I found they are unfairly different.

Candidates in cities like Toronto, Ottawa, Edmonton and Calgary can reschedule easily before 48 hours of the appointment. That opportunity can be used for unexpected sickness, other reasons and even for willing of more study time (the "last-week study" is very important for the result of the exam and the pass score will depend on that!).

However, candidates in Vancouver, Montreal can not do that because of no availability (for those in Quebec city, it's even worse! They don't have any test center at all, so they should go to Montreal for the exam, so more energy to waste and more uncertainty to add). Also, we don't have the last chance of studying one or two weeks more in case of feeling not ready like ON/AB candidates. Moreover, what we are supposed to do in case of sickness or other Covid-19 related issue of not being able to go to the exam center? How we can take the exam during the exam window in those cases? I really suggest to add more availability in those cities so that everyone has similar flexibility/difficulty in similar case. If any friends agree with me, I suggest we give our feedback to CAS.
