Hi, does 2012F-Q17 part (a) test on both PACICC and the removed reading, Dibra.Fail? When I read the question, I don't know what it refers to by "consolidation and growth of the P&C insurance market". Also, when I read the answer key, I can only relate the two underlined points to PACICC.
