if policy liabilities = LIC & LRC, wouldn't it already include RA? so the APV calculation double counted RA?

similar to @mimilau5858 's comment, this was what I was expecting:
I've talked to Graham and there are some changes that needs to be done for this question. Also, it is not possible to separate out the RA for financial risk. It is not explicitly included in the discount rate like current interest rate mfads
I made a few edits to this question so you might need to download the current version.
It's hard to know exactly what it might look like because this syllabus reading has not been updated for IFRS 17. We just took an educated guess.
