I am looking at the examer's report part 1) sample answer 1:

Shouldn't the second requirement be 1) done at arms-length 2) NO risk-limiting features?

    It's funny how the first sample answer says risk transfer is self-evident and the second sample answer says it may not be. Um...I guess it isn't self-evident after all. :/
