The numbers in your second screen shot "46", "46", "47", and "48" are not the BCAR values. They are "% of Gross Capital Required". You have to look lower down on that page in the source at the pink box for the BCAR values.
But you're right that the numbers in the reading don't quite match the wiki. They published a new version of the reading a while back and the numbers in their example changed slightly. I don't know why because I didn't do the actual calculation myself but the numbers are close enough that the change isn't material. It might just be rounding.
