Yup it is no longer relevant since we are in 2022 already @graham
Correct, the phase-in period was 2014-2022 so the phase-in method is no longer needed. Sorry, I missed that when I updated the practice exam. You can get more practice with the earthquake calculation with the MCT web-based problems. (not a link below)
