PC1, PC2 and PC3 Pages within syllabus

Hello,

The wiki article lists all the pages that we need to be familiar with "as per the CAS syllabus":
1. PC1 - all the pages
2. PC2 - 40.74, 60.25, 60.80, 70.50, 70.60, 80.15
3. PC3 - 10.60, 60.45

However when I was reviewing the syllabus document I could not explicitly find where it says only these pages are included. It just says we need to know the entirety of the CCIR document except for Section II. So for example why wouldn't page 80.25 (Insurance Service and Other Operating Expenses) in PC2 be within the scope of the syllabus?

    Thanks for confirming! I think I got confused because it wasn't listed in the CCIR instructions section
