The third question asked about which prov/terr uses only 1 approach for all vehicles.
Isn't BC one of them as well? It uses government mandated.
And Quebec as well, since it uses "use and file" ?

    Nope, BC has open competition for the optional coverages (Everything except BI and AB) while QC has use and file for physical damage coverages and also government mandated coverage for AB

    Yeap I believe it is in the KPMG paper ( I do not have the study kit with me right now) For the exam purposes as long as you can name one of the filing methods that each province uses, I would be surprised if it wasn't enough
