Insurance Service Expenses FROM Reinsurance contracts held

Hello,

Could you please explain the significance of from vs for reinsurance contracts held.

From 60.25, it seems that reinsurance contracts are held in both situations. I would therefore have subtracted reinsurance expenses.

Please let me know what is your take on this.

    I am not sure I understand what your questions is here - what exactly are you comparing on 60.25? I only see "Effect of changes in non-performance risk of reinsurers"

    I am refering to this comment:

    I do not understand why we would need to add net expenses FROM reinsurance held and how "FOR" would change the nuance.

    I think this is (probably) referring to ceding commisions - The reinsurer reimburses the primary insurer for some of their expenses, since the reinsurer themselves do not need to incur bespoke expenses
