Hi,

The wiki mentions that there is no difference. I believe that this is incorrect.

For example, eligibility for 1-year risk attaching reinsurance policies, or reinsurance contracts with contractual features may affect the contract boundary and therebefore eligibility.

Are the above valid points?

    The wiki is saying there is no difference in how you would asses PAA eligibility, there would of course be difference between the structure of a direct insurance vs reinsurance contract
