I don't quite understand what exactly "Reflect" means? Does it mean to amend/adjust the report based on subsequent events? What is the difference between "amend" and "reflect"?

Normally "reflect" is for events that are discovered before the report date while "amend" is for things that are discovered after the report date. For example, if you discover a subsequent event in the AAR before Feb 28 such as late reporting of claims, you would reflect it in the work while if you discovered the event after Feb 28, you would have to amend/withdraw the report
