J&S Liab Reform
Hi, just wanted to ask, if an exam problem asks for the proposed reform for J&S liability, what would be the most correct answer?
a) eliminate J&S Liability
or
b) eliminate J&S Liability, and create a fund for defendants that can't pay their share of liability
just asking because i saw some answers in past exams just mentioning a).

a) would be correct. b) would probably not be correct cause how would you even create a fund for that. No one would willingly contribute to it
