For section: (4.3.3.2) Deduction from Capital Available (Unregistered Reinsurance) and (4.3.3.3) Margin Required (Unregistered Reinsurance)
The examples show D as Reinsurance receivable. Is it reinsurance receivable for foreign branches only?

    It doesn't specify whether it is reinsurance receivable for foreign branches. It would be reinsurance receivables in general. There are companies with no foreign branches
