I dont see where these are discussed within the source paper. There is a brief definition on expedited approval given but that is on page 8 which is not included on the syllabus?
The whole paper is about prior approval. I kind of think simplified filing is a form of file and use based on my interpretation. In the wiki, it is specifically referring to the minor guidelines for non-ppa.
For file and use can we begin using rates immediately once they are filed? Or do we need to wait for a certain window to pass (30-90 days) in which the regulators can voice any objections?
you need to wait 30 days. In Ontario, if FSRA has not said anything after 30 days I believe that they can still require changes after you have implemented the new rates.
