Deadline for AAR

(1) According to OSFI AA reading , AAR should be completed at least 21 days before AGM.

(2) According to OSFI Memorandum reading, the deadline for AAR is 60 days after end of fiscal year.

My understanding is that (2) is more strict since AGM usually takes place 6 months after end of fiscal year. Am I correct?

    Yes, your understanding is correct.

    The source material does state those two things exactly, and I was not able to find any items that clarify this (on the syllabus). (2) is more strict, with the AGM having more flexibility (e.g. can be rescheduled) than this regulatory deadline.
