Minimum forecast period for FCT

The Wiki says that "there is no minimum":

However, at the end of the WIki when going over mistakes of the AA in a past exam problem, one mistake was having a forecast period less than 3 years:

Is there a typo (i.e., meant to say "there is no maximum") or is there a consideration I'm missing here? Thanks!

There is no minimum forecast period now but there used to be one when the FCT was the DCAT which was what was used when the prior exam was written
