Federal areas of exclusive authority
In your answers to this question, you have immigration as a possible answer. That answer is not found in the examiner's report (and there are lots cited).
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/mandate/acts-regulations.html
There you can find :
Jurisdiction over immigration is shared between the federal and the provincial and territorial governments under section 95 of the Constitution Act, 1867.
So unless you don't remember any other areas on the exam, I would suggest you NOT write down Immigration
- regulation of (trade, commerce)
- taxation
- banking
- (bankruptcy, insolvency)
- immigration - criminal law
