Net investment income from insurance operations

I have a question about adding receivables from brokers and agents. Do these have to affiliated or unaffiliated brokers, or both?

I believe it is only unaffiliated brokers. If you search for "line 61" at http://www.osfi-bsif.gc.ca/Eng/fi-if/rtn-rlv/fr-rf/ic-sa/pc-sam/Pages/pcVI.aspx, it falls under a different page but it says

Receivables from agents and policyholders (including brokers) - Only amounts due from unaffiliated brokers are to be reported

Also, while an older exam, you can see in 2014 Fall that they specifically mentioned "unaffiliated" in the table.
