Employment Insurance - Contributions
Battlecard 2 states that EI is funded by (employer, employee) = (50%, 50%) but the article actually states that employer contribution is 1.4 times the employee contribution

I don't currently have the 16th edition of Morneau Shepell handbook, but the 15th edition as well as https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/tax/businesses/topics/payroll/payroll-deductions-contributions/employment-insurance-ei/ei-premium-rate-maximum.html say that it is 1.4 times the employee contribution. @graham
15th Edition:
Hmm...I looked this up on line and for 2018 was it almost exaclty 50-50, but it also appears to change over time. The answer in the examiner's report did not mention a percentage so I have removed that specificity from the BattleCard. It now says only that both the employer and employee contribute but does not give a percentage.
