2018 Spring Q14 Typo?

Just want to verify this potential typo in the examiner report:
The adjustment for PV factor @ 2.5% is:
PV@2.5% = 0.9522(1.03)^(0.5−1/3)=0.9569
Shouldnt it be 0.9522(1.025)^(0.5−1/3)=0.9561?
