BattleActs Sample Exam Questions
Q2b
Stating that employment cannot be used should still be correct, right?
Q3
a) Wouldn't license and any passenger info (i.e. injuries and who they are) also be info that is needed?
c) Would the fact that ride-sharing insurance is required, while UBI is not (you can get traditional insurance), count?

I feel that the answer lists considerations on ENIDs rather than ways they can be identified. I listed bluesky-thinking, analyzing emerging risks, industry data instead. Is this correct?
Overall, I expect the real exam to be much more difficult. Perhaps I feel this way because I always choke when it comes to the real thing. I think the real exam will give us more complex calculations and more Bloom's questions instead of lists.
I got 60.5/70, but still don't feel confident given my history of performance come the real day.

I think if you scored 60.5/70, which is 86%, that's very good. I realize my practice exam is easier than the real exam. I could make my practice exam harder by inventing "strange and unusual" questions, but I didn't want to make people study "weird stuff" that wasn't likely to appear on the exam.
The purpose of the practice exam is to give you my predictions for likely topics and questions. If you can do those, you have a solid foundation for the real exam. Even the weird and difficult questions on the real exam have a basis in easier problems. So if you're solid on the easier problems, you'll have a good chance on a hard problem. At the very least, you can write down and apply the relevant formulas. Even if you don't fully solve the problem, you'll get good partial credit. Sometimes that's the best you can hope for.
Remember that everyone is in the same position. And to a large degree, you're competing against the other candidates, not just against the exam. I would say that your score on the practice exam (provided you didn't use your notes while you were doing it) indicates you're in good shape for next week. There is always a certain amount of luck involved, but you've done everything you can do. Make sure you study the time management tips, keep your wits about you on exam day, and you'll maximize your chances of a good result!
Thanks for your reply, and the vote of confidence. I feel like that's the only thing I'm lacking haha.
