I'm guessing diff/similarities of ORSA vs DCAT is probably not worth studying as DCAT is removed from the 2020 fall sitting?

I'm going to say probably, but it's not 100% clear from the CAS syllabus. I added a note in the ORSA wiki article here:
So you probably don't need to be able to compare ORSA to DCAT, but definitely know the ORSA characteristics on their own.
