I just wanted to clarify what does CPP stand for in this paper? Not too sure if we are talking about Canadian Protection Plan or the pension plan or neither!

I was talking about Canada Pension Plan. This is not mentioned in the actual source text because it is a U.S. paper. I just wanted to include some Canadian content. :-)
(The other CPP, Canada Protection Plan, is a private insurer.)
