Hi! Has this case been removed from the syllabus? The text references still indicate that pages 93 to 97 are still on the syllabus but am wondering why the CAS has excluded this case from those to know with regards to this text.

    The Regal Films case was specifically mentioned in the 2018.Spring syllabus, but is not listed in the 2018.Fall syllabus. There was no explanation given.

    There was also a memo published on Jan 18, 2018 from:

    • Fran Sarrel, General Officer, Syllabus and Examination Committee

    that listed the Baer & Rendall reading as "modified". The new/modified description simply omitted the Regal Films case with no explanation given.

    Note: The case Broadhurst and Ball v. American Home from chapter 11 was also removed. As far I can tell, however, this case has not appeared on any recent exams (2012 and subsequent) so I removed it completely from the BattleActs content.
