If you're referring to Quiz 6, I would say yes. That quiz doesn't ask about details of any of the cases, but exam questions sometimes ask about cases involving catastrophic injuries for example. That means you would have to know which 2 cases relate to catastrophic injuries.
Another example is "duty-to-defend". It would help if you could list the 4 cases involving duty-to-defend off the top of your head without having to think about it too much.
Another example is cases that went to the Supreme Court. I could see an exam question specifically asking about Supreme Court cases, so again it would be helpful if you could list them without spending too much time having to think about it.
