Hi,

In BA quiz 5 you mentioned about the pre-ruling, stated below:
DAC: marked impairment in daily living --> class 4 cat impairment
Arbitration: delegate affirmed DAC (class 4 impairment upheld)

Do you mind give me more context about it? I'm not too familiar with DAC( what is it?) and Arbitration. I'm still relatively new to all the law termninologies. Thank you so much, appreciate your explanation!
