Hi, I understand PPA is Private Passenger Automobile, but what are FA and OAP1?

Hi Wilson,

Sorry, I should have explained those abbreviations in the BattleCard.

• OAP 1 stands for Ontario Auto Policy 1 and it is the standard policy form used for everyone who has a PPA (Private Passenger Auto) policy in Ontario
• FA stands for Facility Association (The BattleCard gives FA as an example of where prior approval is required.)

There is actually a wikipedia article on OAP 1 that you can read at the link below, but that wouldn't be anything that would asked on the exam. It's just some background information:

I have edited the 3 BattleCards on prior approval, expedited approval, and file & use to make the answers clearer.
