The good news is that it is not absolutely necessary to look at the source text for this article. It is mostly formulas and these formulas are given in the MSA.Ratios wiki article. This reading is updated every year but there is usually no change to the content. I have no reason to think there will be any changes this year either.
Note however that the MSA source text is not available online. If you want to look at it, you have to order printed versions from the CAS website. It's included in the what they call the Study Kit. The study kit also includes several other readings that are only available in print form. As of today (Dec 29, 2021) the study kit for the Spring 2022 exam is not yet available.
In general, you do not have to get the study kit. Everything you need to know from those readings is provided in the relevant wiki articles.
