Preconditions for establishing flood risk management
In this section, under Infrastructure the examples given are "levies, sewers, etc.". I assume this meant to say levees (as in dikes)? This confused me for a second because there are other mentions of levies in this discussion such as homeowner levies being a source of pool capitalization, so I just wanted to confirm that these concepts are not related?

Yeah I think so (levees as in dikes). It's not related to financial levies
