Cases Name Citing

Hi, just 1 question here, when looking at all the past paper, it seems that we need to cite the full name of the case.
Do we actually need to memorize the full name of case who vs. who? Or during the exam citing say Saadati shall be sufficient?

    I think you should probably memorize the full name. That's the accepted way that legal cases are referenced.
