Unfortunately not. We've done 2 of the 3 major rewrites (see below) and we've turned our attention now to the remaining lower ranked articles that appear to have less substantial changes. Here are the 2 very important new articles that are complete and available for study:
Actually, there will be a fair bit of carryover from the old MCT article to the new one so you could begin studying the old version to get a head start. The main difference is the addition of a few sections that relate to the new IFRS 17 accounting standards and a change in the interpretation of the term "Actuarial Present Value". The concept of Actuarial Present Value still exists but it is calculated differently under IFRS 17. All of that shouldn't matter too much however for understanding the basic MCT calculation.
